Our controls division enables K&S to provide our clients with a complete installation package.  We even have the in-house capability of complete design and construction of custom control systems and control panels.

Control Options:

• Conventional controls including programmable thermostats and low voltage wiring, smoke detection and control, time control, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and refrigerant detection, wireless and Wi-Fi applications.
• Pneumatic controls have been in use for years but still provide a dependable, quality control system in many applications.
• Direct digital controls (DDC) provide state-of-the-art capabilities, energy savings and remote communication capabilities.  K&S is a factory authorized installer of Johnson Controls Metasys® and Carrier VVT®.
